Strawberry Frozen Yogurt at My Place
This recipe was lying in my recipe diary for a long. Despite everything nice about it, somehow could never try it. This year, as my family has developed a real love for yogurts, I just couldn't let it go like this. This recipe has been adapted from Justonecookbook.com.
Before trying this out, lot many questions popped up in my mind.
- As to why frozen yogurt?
- Why not Ice cream?
- How they are different?
- Why Sour cream is added?
- Can it be made without sour cream? etc etc.
After a lot of thinking, I decided not to just try the recipe but also two more variations of my own. ( you will see this later in my post)
Talking about this dessert, first of all, It is too easy to make. No reducing of milk, no ice crystals. Only mixing up a few ingredients gives you a perfect dessert. And then not to forget its beautiful looks and sumptuous taste!
So, I think without overthinking and not going too much into the details, let us enjoy this yummy dessert, maybe without sour cream or maybe in small portions.
