Mango Popsicles or Mango Ice cream? A healthy alternative to ice cream.
Puree mango pieces along with 1 tbsp Boora sugar, salt, and lemon juice.
Put hung curd in the blender with 1 tbsp Boora Sugar and blitz it for few seconds, so that it becomes creamy.
Now, you can combine these two and set in popsicle molds or in a bowl.
Or, add little of each alternatively in the popsicle moulds just to create a pattern.
