In the food processor bowl, add almond meal, soaked and squeezed dates, honey, cocoa powder, lemon juice and salt.
Blitz it till the mix comes together like a ball, around 15 seconds. Do not run the processor for more than 30 to 40 seconds at a time else the almonds will release oil.
If the mix is too wet, then add little more almond meal.
Put all the mix in the prepared pan and press it evenly using a potato masher or press it with a piece of parchment paper.
Keep it in the freezer for an hour.
